Thank you for considering our store. Our mission is to provide a unique shopping experience, where a person is not pressured to buy, but rather provided with INFORMATION about our products, brand name and prices; to  EMPOWER YOU so it's easier to compare and shop around at other stores. Your furniture investment is an important decision and us helping you make the BEST decision is what we're about. I  work hard to keep our prices lower than other stores so my belief is that, if I've done my job well, you will return and buy from us. So far, based on written reviews kindly posted by many customers, they confirm that; after shopping around, they could not find lower prices elsewhere. Though the low price is important with me, just as important is the quality and service you receive. Because I do not spend  money on advertising, earning your trust so that you will do repeat business and  refer us to  friends and family is just as important. 

I was born in L.A. but opened my first furniture store in 1978 while living in Guatemala City. After graduating the University, I returned to the U.S. and I worked with "at risk  youth" for 18 years. In 2001,  after a number of experiences where I felt ripped off by furniture and mattress stores, I decided to open up my own store. I've had success while in Guatemala and I've become a little tired of the "people helping industry"  in California; where too much of a government-attorney-driven atmosphere conduces you to become a "baby sitter' for troubled youth rather than a legitimate mental health practitioner. Mostly the fake "SALES-CRAP" stores advertise led me into becoming their competitor. Black Sabbath once wrote " the world is full of kings and queens who blind your eyes then steal your dreams", similarly I feel, many  stores run advertising campaigns aimed  at doping you into believing your getting a great deal "this week-end only",  in order to take too much of your money, there and then. That is classic cheap manipulation of a very dishonest kind. Sadly, so many people actually fall for it. If a store can offer you a price one day, there is no reason why they cannot offer you the same price on a different day! The reason they tell you they won't is because they want your money "NOW" because they know you can find the same product elsewhere for less (doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure that out).

At Bedroom Discounters we encourage shoppers to visit other stores to become informed before making a decision. When I was young in Guatemala, I was driven to make money and had 3 stores by age 22.  Today my focus is different,  having worked many years as a counselor and raised 5 kids, I'm older  and I believe wiser ; my drive is not to make money but rather be the best I can be at what I do. My goal is to be able to provide you with the best quality possible at the lowest price possible. If you don't have much money to spend and you need economical items,  I'll have it. If you are fortunate to be able to afford nicer things , we can offer you high end items for less than other places. Everyday you will find our lowest price possible, doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not, if I'm over stocked or not, or if I'm changing my pijama or not, lol.

The price of a product is determined by two factors, the store's PROFIT MARGIN POLICY and their OVERHEAD/ OPERATION COSTS. People who know me well -wife and daughters-  will tell you I'm cheap. So true, I get by with very little and I don't like to spend money.  I'm o.k  with making  less money than my competitors. Our business model is to keep  OVERHEAD down, therefor our labor force is small, we do  little to no advertising, I personally deliver  to your door most of the times and  freight merchandise out of our suppliers warehouses routinely. There is a good reason why tyou don't see your traditional "neat & tidy" freight transportation in these two pictures: to provide the best prices possible I have to find ways to save money. On many occasions, as seen here,  I transport freight myself, out of Los Angeles and San Francisco Factories
